RESTORATION OF PANELLING The original quarter sawn oak panelling in this 14th C. manor house had been painted many years previously. In addition, all the supporting studwork had rotted and some of the painted oak panels were disintegrating. I was commissioned to completely refurbish this lovely old room which included the purchase quarter sawn English oak which then had to be carefully stained to match the original finish. |
